Hello Gary,
First off thank you again, we had a great time in Peru and we are now back to reality, Sam already left Colombia for work in America and Ill be working tomorrow. Everything went off as planned, and we enjoyed every minute of our honeymoon.

My husband and I want to give a big THANK YOU to Gary Sargeant for his awesome services. Before I came into contact with Gary, I had researched Peru and read many blogs from previous tourists to Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley. By this time I had a good idea of the itinerary we wanted to follow, but I did not know how to go about making all the reservations and connections, especially in a foreign country. When Gary was referred to me I emailed my tentative itinerary and he “took off with it”. Based on his experience and vast knowledge of the area and tourism, he made some great suggestions to enhance our trip and make good use of our time while in Peru. The best part was having Gary organize a customized tour for us at a very reasonable price. Every detail was taken care of and our trip was flawless, allowing us to enjoy the wonder of Peru without any concerns or worries. Thanks again Gary!

The song may have ended, but the melody lingers on--the haunting melody of Andean flutes, so evocative of my recent trip to Peru. A million thanks for helping me realize a decades-old dream, to visit Machu Picchu, Cuzco and Lake Titicaca. Your on-the-ground arrangements reflected everything I'd requested--and your flexibility enabled me to tweak the schedule or guide arrangements as needed. Simply Peru offered a fabulous personal service, with immediate contact available by telephone if required. Our party contained a disabled member in a wheelchair, and thus we were worried about what facilities would be available. However, every possible effort was made to make our travel and our visitsSimply Peru made our holiday a true success!

I'd like to pay particular thanks to Gary from Simply Peru who helped us with all our holiday planning in Cuzco and Puno. Gary helped us book a number of tours and hotels as well as providing additional services such as translation skills when we needed them.
No job was too much for Gary. It is refreshing to see a tour operator who goes the extra mile. I'm sure we were awkward customers at time, after all we changed our plans at the last minute on more than one occasion. Gary's response was to help us with all changes and even managed to get a refund for us after we cancelled a hotel. That's easier said than done considering we gave the hotel a day's cancellation notice! They would help with anything we asked. I got married in Cuzco and wished for some of my wedding speech in Spanish. Suddenly Gary was writing part of my wedding speech! Full marks there!
If I ever return to Cuzco I will definitely be writting to the website for all my tourist needs. They offered a very reasonable service in terms of the cost, and it was also a very professional organisation to deal with. My advice is to get them to help book your Inca Trail, accomodation and transport to/from Cuzco. They even sorted out our Puno accomodation and Titicaca tour.

I can’t recommend Simply Peru highly enough. Gary and his staff made what could have been a very stressful trip (family visiting from the UK and travelling with 3 children under 4) an experience that we will all remember for a long time. The hotels were perfect in location and ambience. The tailor-made trip around the Sacred Valley was ideal for us, and they were able to accommodate all our needs, even a private tour guide at Machu Picchu which was breath taking. I wish to thank everyone at Simply Peru for giving us memories that my family and I will treasure.

Simply Peru organised a great trip for us, with all hotels and transfers. Lima - Paracas - Huacachina - Nazca - Arequipa - Cusco - Machu Picchu - Puerto Maldonado, and ending up in Puno. The hotels were of good standard and the tour guides along the way were excellent. Gary was always accessible and ready to give advice. We would highly recommend him.

We are so glad to have met both you and your lovely wife for drinks at Pepe Zeta. We want to thank you once again for the great job you did in putting together our package in Cusco. Everything went off like clockwork, and the folks we met could not have been more friendly and helpful. How you are able to co-ordinate so many things is astounding. We were happy to refer our friend, Ralph, to you. Certainly, if any of our friends show a desire to visit Peru, we will of course refer them to you. That would only be fair to both you and them. Our family of two adults and four children really appreciated the way Gary was able to find suitable hotels and tours for our family including where to experience Guinea Pig! I wanted to thank you for your help in arranging our recent trip to Cuzco and Machu Picchu. The Casona Real was fine for our stay, and the location was ideal.
The bus train tour to Machu Picchu worked very well. THe tour was well organized and efficient and comforatable. We were last in MP 27 years ago, it was amazing to see how the tourist facilities have improved. The Mercedes buses from Aguas Calientes to MP were a far cry from the open air buses from 1980.

simplyperu.com has helped me on a couple of occasions and I have always found their service to be exceptional. In fact we have just concluded a trip which they organised for us at very short notice and it was a great success.
Maybe it's because he is an ex-pat himself but Gary seemed to know just what we were looking for. He picked hotels for us that were a little bit different from the usual backpacker places, hotels with a good ambience, friendly owners and a good range of tours available. The tour company that he used for a trip to the Colca Canyon was particularly good, with extremely helpful and friendly staff.
We shall definitely be using his expertise and local knowledge again and I cannot recommend him too highly.

Just a quick note to say thanks for the great service you provided for my two sons when they visited Cusco.
They (and I) were impressed with the personal nature of your service and I was particularly happy that they knew they could call you 24/7 in case of any problems.
They were both delighted with the accommodation, the tours and guides and the professional and safe way in which the rafting was handled. As the one paying I thought the package you made specifically for them was good value and I will recommend friends who come to Peru to use your services.
