Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival to Lima airport where we will meet you. Transfer to your chosen Hotel. For Classic 3*/4* Clients this will be the Boutique Hotel Second Home Peru and for Luxury Travellers the 5* Miraflores Park Hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day as free time.

Day 2 - Collection from your Hotel for full day Tour of Colonial and Modern Lima, visiting Lima Cathedral, the Church and Convent of San Francisco and a Museum of your choice. Lunch is included at one of the finest restaurants in Lima, the Rosa Nautica.

Day 3 - In the morning, transfer to Lima airport for your flights to Cuzco. Arrive to Cuzco where we will meet you and transfer you to you chosen Hotel. For Classic Travellers this will be the Boutique Hotel Casa San Blas and for Luxury Travellers the fabulous Monasterio Hotel

In the afternoon you will enjoy a City Tour of Cuzco visiting the Inca Fortress of Sacsayhuamán, Cuzco Cathedral and the most important temple of the Inca Empire - Coricancha the Inca Temple of the Sun.

Day 4 - Collection from your Hotel for a full day Tour of the Sacred Valley, visiting the Inca ruins of Pisac and Ollayantambo also the Market at Pisac, a great place to buy souvenirs.

Day 5 - An early start to catch your chosen train to Machu Picchu either the Vistadome or Luxury Hiram Bingham services.

Reception and transfer to Machu Picchu where you will enjoy a Private Tour with a qualified English speaking guide. Enjoy the rest of the day as free time to enjoy the Sanctuary. In the late afternoon transfer to your chosen Hotel in Aquas Calientes, the town that nestles in the valley below Machu Picchu.

For Classic Travellers we recommend the Machu Picchu Inn. For Luxury Travellers we recommend the Sanctuary Lodge outside the gates of Machu Picchu or the Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel probably the finer of the two Luxury Hotels, but without the location of the Sanctuary Lodge.

Day 6 - A day to revisit Machu Picchu and enjoy this fabulous site at leisure. Perhaps climb Huayna Picchu the peak that overlooks Machu Picchu and affords fantastic views and photo opportunities. In the late afternoon transfer to the train station for your trip back to Cuzco. Leave the Train at the last station before Cuzco, Poroy, for a more swift and convenient transfer by road back to your Hotel

Day 7 - A free day to enjoy Cuzco at your leisure. Your tour includes the "Tourist Ticket" which gives you free access to the many museums, art galleries and Inca sites in and close to Cuzco. If you wish we can arrange additional activities for you on this day. Please ask for details.

Day 8 - Transfer to Cuzco Train station to take the Luxury Andean Explorer Train to Puno and Lake Titicaca. At Puno transfer to your chosen Hotel.

Day 9 - A full day's visit to the incredible floating reed islands of Lake Titicaca.

Day 10 - Transfer to Juliaca airport via the pre Inca Sillustani funerary towers for your flights back to Lima.. At Lima airport we have arranged for you.access to the VIP Lounge as you will have some 4 or 5 hours to wait for your International flights home. services end
